SPG membrane emulsification produces W/O/W emulsion

W/O/W emulsion means a double emulsion in which oil (O) droplets enclosing water (W) droplets are dispersing in water (W), also called water-in-oil-in-water emulsion. 
SPG membrane emulsification produces W/O/W emulsion of uniform droplet size and realizing high enclosing rate.

W/O/W emulsion can be applied to drugs, chemicals and foods as a capsule especially most suited to srugs because uniform microcapsule can be produced by SPG membrane smulsification.
